Summary of Position:

The Business Development Coordinator assists and supports administrative functions within the Sales team and sales process. Individual must possess excellent organizational, administrative and communication skills, together with an ability to deliver high standards of customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings as requested by Business Development Team
    • Compile client information along with sales/marketing materials in preparation for meetings/presentations
    • Pitch presentations, Audit and Operational Assessments, and Close/Cost Savings deck to be prepared for all prospect and client meetings.
  • Effectively maintain and coordinate Outlook calendar/schedule for EVP, Business Development
  • Coordinates agenda and schedule for weekly Business Development team meetings; provides effective follow up on meeting deliverables
  • Prepares reports for the EVP, Business Development and other Sales team members
  • Assists with data entry and organization of the sales system aka Sales Force.
  • Assists with Client and Vendor On-Site Visits
    • Coordinate schedules, book conference rooms, provides food
  • Assists with RedCard holiday gifts to Clients
    • Creates spreadsheet and aids in execution of gifts for all RedCard clients
  • Assist with coordinating activities associated with industry tradeshows
    • Registration of sales representatives for various shows
    • Shipping of booth and marketing materials
    • Making hotel and travel arrangements
  • Provide general administrative and sales support to the Sales team
  • Assist as needed in the RFP process
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Follows established HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Marketing and Sales experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Highly adept at utilizing standard office equipment

Physical Factors & Requirements:

  • Sit at desk for long periods of time
  • Reliable transportation may be required to drive throughout workday
