Summary of Position: 

The Territory Sales Representative utilizes customer service and sales knowledge to attract and maintain business relationships in the health care industry.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Sets appointments to see existing and potential clients.
  • Presents products to third party administrators and insurance companies.
  • Conducts sales through the Pitch, Audit and Close (PAC) process.
  • Able to conduct conference calls and demos.
  • Keeps detailed records of sales and customers in an online sales system.
  • Attends various health care conferences throughout the country.
  • Assist in Client calls, resolutions, process streamlining.
  • Adhere to security policies and procedures.
  • Learn client's technical system, software and processes for claims communication.
  • Keeps SVP of Sales informed of activities, alerting of any issues promptly.
  • Follows established HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies.

 

Education and Experience:

  • BS or BA degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of Sales experience required         
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Healthcare Industry experience a plus. Knowledge of healthcare enrollment process, printing aspects of ID cards and other enrollment materials preferred

Physical Factors:

  • Travel is required and may be up to 10-15 days per month
