Summary of Position: 

The Housekeeper performs any combination of light cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness, attractiveness and orderly condition of a business property. Enhance the visual appeal and organization of daily business.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning in lobbies, kitchens, bathrooms, meeting rooms, fitness rooms, stairways and other work areas.
  • Wipe down, sanitize and organize following areas throughout day: Kitchen, Restrooms & Fitness Room.
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of weekly catered meals.
  • Empty wastebaskets and transport trash to disposal areas.
  • Dust and polish furniture, desktops, ledges and all surface areas.
  • Prepare rooms for meetings arrange seating, wipe down all tables and surfaces. Realign furniture and amenities according to typical layout.
  • Clean internal glass window door panels.
  • Replenish toiletries & paper products in restrooms and kitchen areas. Inform Supervisor of supply needs.
  • Routinely monitor common areas to ensure cleanliness of spaces.
  • Respond to calls for housekeeping.
  • All other duties assigned.
  • Follows established HIPAA, Compliance & Security policies

Education and Experience:

  • High School /GED or trade school diploma preferred
  • Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely use cleaning products.
  • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required


Physical Factors:

  • Physical stamina - Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, and climbing correctly and safely over long periods of time.
  • Able to work with cleaning products.
  • May need to lift 20 pounds.
  • Monday thru Friday 1st shift hours.
